Interview
I applied online, next day received a phone call which they asked some basic questions. Then was put for a assessment day which was half a day. Wasn't difficult at all.
The thing I would like to say about the company is that they don't really have any intention of taking people on. The MD told us that the have an assessment day twice a week. In my group there was 20 of us. Hence that 40 people every week. He also told us that they took on 80 people last year. So if my maths is right 40 X 52 = 2080. And they only took on 80 people. I mean c'mon. Surely no one is that stupid to fall for that. Seems like they just hold these to expand the companies brand.
