The interview process was fairly easy but this is determine on what position you are applying for and how long the position has been posted. Timing is everything! The recruiter listened and allowed you to answer any questions you may have (i.e. salary, working from home, etc.) and same thing with the manager. If you feel that "click" then that's a good sign. It's not easy to get into an amazing company like this but it is well worth it so never give up if you really want it and are passionate about what you do and the culture then this company is for you!
Glass-door helped make this decision easier to know if it was a right fit for me. I did not want to join a company but was looking to join a family where I can make a difference, grow and feel that "people-first" and "work-life-balance" environment. Culture is everything and here at Ultimate we are made up of so many different cultures and regardless of where you come from and personal preferences, we are all ONE and all accepted. The job is the job and so long as you listen, work with your colleagues to understand their process and apply it then afterwards you can question, challenge why are we doing it this way and work together to move forward to continue bringing Ultimate Software higher and competitive in the industry.
