I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at UKG (Indianapolis, IN) in Oct 2018
Interview
The interview was new and unique. The did what was called an "Interview Blitz" which was an all-day event. What they did was have the candidates interview with 2 other project managers and then set us up into groups and had us create a 20 min. presentation for a question that they provided i.e. "how would you solve homelessness in Indianapolis." The whole idea is to see how well your critical thinking skills are and how well you work with others.
Very simple took maybe 15 mins for initial calll. Basic tell me about yourself and a few behavioral questions. There is another round if selected with the team where you get more behavioral and situational questions
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at UKG
Interview
Zoom interview, first person showed up late so second person had to run it for half an hour. Asking for topics that are not relevant to the job and misinterpreting the purpose of certain technologies in business.
