I didn't receive an offer, but the process was very straightforward and painless. There were only three interviews, two of which were done back-to-back on the same day. 1. Phone screener 2. Hiring manager, senior designers Everyone I spoke and interviewed with was incredibly friendly and professional. We had really great conversations and I enjoyed speaking with them. Even though I didn't receive an offer (they opted to go with someone with more enterprise experience), I'm glad that they were transparent about what to expect. There was no technical interview, which is fantastic. A lot of companies will use the technical interviews to get free work out of you.
