      Global Technical Protocol Specialist Interview

      10 Nov 2012
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Declined offer

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at UL-STR

      Interview

The interviews were initially conducted via the telephone. I spoke with the technical manager and the account manager. This part of the process was relaxed and professional. We discussed the position and my capabilities. The interview moved to a second stage where I met with the account manager personally. This too went smooth we discussed the limiting factors to consider for the position. In addition, we briefly discussed the future strategy for the position. I had a third and final interview, with the manager with hiring authority. He asked expected questions such as what is my greatest strength, weakness, etc.
