The interview was a 30-minute process conducted by three employees in similar roles: a Health Unit Coordinator (HUC) and a patient transporter. All of the questions were situational and behavioral, with nothing technical. The goal was to assess how a candidate would perform in similar situations.
The interviewers were friendly, and we had an engaging conversation. However, the overall atmosphere felt a bit cold. After a series of questions, the interviewers explained the job responsibilities and pre-employment requirements. They stated that a decision would be made within 24 to 48 hours, but after receiving no communication, I had to check my application status myself.
