Interview
First step is to complete the online assessment after the your application, mine got caught in a spam filter.
Afterwards I was called to set up a phone interview and given some details on the job.
I completed the phone interview and a few days later set up an in person interview.
The in person interview was 3 phases; I spoke with two supervisors, then with a manager, then received a tour of the area I would be working in with a description of the job.
About a week after my interview I received an offer letter by email with a requirement to complete a urinary drug test (which was paid for by UMR) and authorize a background check for screening of my criminal history (this did not check education or work history). After two weeks I received my job offer confirmation that I would be starting a month later. The entire interview process took about a month and I had to wait another month to being the training for my position.

Interview
There was the initial interview with a group of people for a series of tests done in a computer lab. Once I found out that I "passed" the tests, I then set up an interview with the HR representative. I then spoke to two managers.
