      Social Media Intern Interview

      19 Jan 2026
      Anonymous employee
      New York, NY
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at UNDP (New York, NY) in May 2025

      Interview

After applying (CV + cover letter), the first step was an interview with my direct manager. The second step was a written assignment. I had around two hours to complete it, and it was quite long—time was just enough. For the assignment, I had to write several social media captions and a short article based on research, which was the most time-consuming part. The process lasted for about 3 weeks.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Tell me about yourself, what do you know about UNDP, why this role, and a brief switch between languages. It was also an opportunity for the manager to explain the role and the team. The interview was short, lasting approximately 20 minutes.
