A panel of 4 did the interview and they take turn in asking questions. Panel consist of technical and administrative staff. Questions asked was more on results-based and experiences. Interview lasted for around 40 minutes and towards the end was given the opportunity to ask some questions back to the panel.
Interview was competency based assess your skills and behaviors by asking about past experiences, using the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result) to structure your answers and demonstrate how you've effectively used the desired competencies.

A technical question was asked about how inclusively collaborate with stakeholders
I applied in October, attained interview in November, got rejections email after multiple follow up emails in January last. I don’t understand why they interview external candidate when they already have internal candidate who is already working there. I felt like my time was wasted and certainly stress due to the interview. Never will apply there..
