UNDP Operations Advisor interview questions

Terrible waste of time. You are asked to take a three hour 'technical test' , upon which if you pass you move to next level of interview. I was interviewed by three people on a panel on Skype who were all abroad. Long detailed interview, after which no one followed up to let me know whether I got the job or not. I had to follow up twice to even get a response, and when I did, it was short and curt,with no thanks or appreciation for the time I put in.
