Interview
Conducted over the phone. It was quick, approx 30 mins long. Questions were behavioural, asking about soft skills as well as some very technical and legalistic related to the specific role.

Can you tell us about yourself and why you think you are suited to this role?
In what circumstance would you invoke cancellation and what procedures would you use?
Can you tell us about a time when you initiated cancellation procedures. How did you do this?
Can you explain exclusion?
Can you tell me about a time when you made a positive contribution to your team? What impact did you have?
Competency based questions. 40 mins, 5 questions. Prepare case studies based on Terms of reference for the position. prepare on the local context and how that applies to your past experience

You start with a written 2 hours interview and if you pass that, you move forward with an oral interview. After the oral interview, you receive an offer. The oral test was difficult and stressful
