Interview
Interview process was confusing, ill-coordinated, and disrespectful. There were 2 rounds. 1. Phone screen 2. Onsite with 8 people lasting 2.5 hours. No one was prepared and NONE of the 7 account people I met with reviewed my resume before I arrived.
