I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at UNIFY Financial Credit Union
Interview
Started with completing a bizarre online assessment that repeated the same questions like 20 times. Then I got invited for a phone interview with the hiring manager. Hiring manager was rude and condescending. Got annoyed I didn't have direct experience even though the job description said they'd provide training and it was listed as an entry level position. Asked if I had "worked saturdays in the past" and I told her yes and she asked if I worked every saturday the past month. I said it varies (because that is what happens when you don't have a set schedule) and she wouldn't accept that answer for some reason? Very odd. Just ask "are you willing to work saturdays for this job" like a normal person.
Interviewer also got annoyed when I asked a question about the position and simply started reading off the job description. Shockingly got invited to a follow up microsoft teams interview lead by a different manager. They were very late due to "technology issues" but the other manager was much nicer and more professional.

WORST recruiting experience I have ever experienced. Wasted two months of my time stringing me along through multiple interviews only to get ghosted by the recruiter after being told several times that I would be updated. The recruiter was a complete mess, never answered emails promptly then would ask for availability last minute. Do not waste your time applying here
