Interview
Competency interview, and some maths questions at the end without the use of a calculator. The interviewer was friendly and professional, which put me at ease on the day. It was a relaxed interview.

Describe a time you went above and beyond for a customer
It lasts for 20-30 minutes. Total ask you for about 4 questions.
It is like a talking interview, with no pressure, you can make yourself to provide as many as you can. Finally, they will told you the result in one month.
