Good interview process and joining.Also good environment. Interview process leads to shortlist on the basis of experience then respective HOD and HR team will ask about the experience and you can negotiate with the salary they offers and ask about the increment and promotion terms before joining

Got a call from HR and 1st interview was held on the location and the 2nd interview was online and both the Interview was quite good the process for the interview was simple not too difficult
