Contacted by phone to set up interview. Then interviewed with several staff members and one on one with manager. Negative body language and facial expressions told me I wouldn't get offered the job, even with 2 Master's degrees and 30 years office experience - all for a crappy $11 an hour secretary job that for some reason I wasn't "qualified" for.

Tell us about a difficult work situation and how you handled it.
The doctors have busy schedules, so interviews took a while. The warmness and friendliness truly depend on the department. I interviewed with some departments that were just cold in demeaner, while others were warm, friendly, and kind.
Went well. They were very professional and answered the questions I had. I had an interview with 3 people and then I had a peer review with 2 other people to end the interview.
The interview process seemed to take forever but wasn't too harsh. Too many different interviews. First need to interview with HR. Then with the department director. Then with the department peer.
