The interview was pre-covid so it was in person. I was able to ask questions and felt very comfortable. I also think that they also did a great job of preparing me for the next steps. They asked me the basic questions and nothing was unexpected.

First you will apply online at the company website, then your application goes directly to HR who will select the best fits to be forwarded on to the specific location at which your job is located. Afterward, the supervisor will call for an interview if your resume appeals to them. After your interview, if selected, HR will call with a salary offer. Then you will have to undergo a health screening which can take a week or more depending on scheduling, and a background check. Then you will complete orientation and begin work. However, a lot of the time, anything other than entry level positions are posted with the intentions of filling them internally so you may not hear anything back at all.
