normal interview , but asked a lot of scenario based questions, know the core values and mission statements of upmc, you might have two interviews, use experience that is relevant to current date
Smooth and easy to get through. The need for nursing/nurses aids is so high right now. I worked casually which was nice because I was able to make it work with my class schedule.

It was a very quick process. A man called me to set up the interview virtually. I got a email with the zoom link. The interviewer was very kind and got the job !
