Applied online then a few weeks later someone called to conduct a brief interview over the phone and see if I was still interested. After the call they say whether or not you are qualified and tell you to await a follow-up email.

The interview was short, took place over the phone, and involved several situational prompts from a single interviewer, most regarding past job experience or how one would handle a hypothetical situation in the field or otherwise.
