I received a phone call and they asked me a series of questions, describing the role. They didn't ask me much about my past experience. At the end of the phone call she offered me a job. I think they might only call people they intend to offer a job to.
The interview was short, took place over the phone, and involved several situational prompts from a single interviewer, most regarding past job experience or how one would handle a hypothetical situation in the field or otherwise.
