I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at US Defense Logistics Agency (Columbus, OH) in Jul 2016
Interview
It takes about 15-20 minutes to get past security. You have to stop at the Visitor Center and get a Temporary Photo Pass. Next, you have to stop at the Security Checkpoint, pop the hood of your car, open all the doors and then wait in small room while security looks through the car. Then you drive onto the base. Be sure to get directions, because most of the building will not have any markings or signs so it's very easy to get lost.
Panel of three members: two Managers and one Director. The Director on the left side and the two Managers on the right. The five Behavioral Based questions were on a piece of paper taped to the table.

I applied online. I interviewed at US Defense Logistics Agency (Fort Belvoir, VA) in Jan 2023
Interview
The entire interview lasted for about an hour and even at that, it felt very rushed because they wanted specific examples as it relates to their questions. They used the STAR method and a lot of situational and thought-provoking questions, and work experiences.
