There is no interview process for Army Officers - you must complete either 4 years at West Point, a 4-year degree at an accredited school while participating in the Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC) program, or enter basic training on an Officer Candidate School contract (assuming you already have a 4-year degree) and complete both Basic and OCS successfully. If you perform well and are not arrested, you will usually be promoted to Captain after serving 4 years as a Lieutenant.
