Lenghthy. It took a long time to go through there process, but that was disclosed before it started. They do a good job vetting people because they spend a lot of time and money for travel and training. They want to know you are serious.

The interview process was a bit slow and drawn out. But after a couple levels of interviews, I was completely ghosted. No more communication, no feedback, and I still have not heard anything from them after a couple months.

Initially contacted by a contract recruiter. Very organized, professional, and informative about the company culture and environment. Two rounds of calls with recruiter, 1 hour call with senior executive, face-to-face interviews with 5 mid-level executives. Direct, specific experience in your field is not the onlly concern. Must demonstrate energy, enthusiasm for the position, capacity for learning.
