I did 2 Phone interview's one with the hiring manager, then a second with who would be my supervisor, followed by 1 In person interview with the hiring manager and 3 members of the IT team. These were all very laid back and friend style of interviews, nothing felt pressured or forced, they all wanted me to feel comfortable and it was an amazing experience.
