I was called by VP of Sales. We did a brief interview on the phone and then was asked to come in for a face to face interview. At which time I reviewed the apparel and footwear. Then received a call back a day later to meet the CEO. The VP of Sales said I was hired, but don't tell the CEO, to act like I was still being interviewed. Seemed weird. The VP of Sales also told me things to say at the interview.
