The interview was with the manager that I would be reporting to, and it was a very short interview actually — no longer than 10 minutes. Certainly was not much pressure.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at USA TODAY Co. (Indianapolis, IN)
Interview
Interview went well. Was a fairly easy interview with none of the silly questions some companies ask. Straight forward approach. Had to take a test to measure computer and software skills. This took about an hour and a half. So prepare for at least two hours for the whole interview.

Question 1
There was really no unexpected questions. Do your homework and be prepared as with any interview and you should be fine.
I applied via Career Builder. Went in person, showed them a portfolio, did a 1-ish hour InDesign 'test' that was quite easy if you have prior experience in Adobe. Oh and they swab your cheek for drugs, too.
