I applied online. I interviewed at USAID (Washington, DC) in Oct 2022
Interview
Great interview process, very cordial. Lots of engaging questions regarding the grant process. The interviewers were very passionate about the work they did and so the questions were very forward about scenarios and past expertise and how to apply them to the current position.
