I did two interviews with USI insurance and both were virtual. The first interview was with a recruiter for USI Insurance. This interview went well and I was given a second interview with the hiring manager and a woman in HR. Overall, I though my second interview went well and the two people who interviewed me told me that they would let me know me in two or three weeks if I got the position or not. It has been over seven weeks since I had this interview with USI Insurance and I still have not heard back from the company about my application status. I even sent the hiring manager and the woman from HR that interviewed me a follow up email five days ago stating that I was still interested in the position and I asked them to provide me with the status of my application. I still have not heard back from these two individuals at USI Insurance, which I view as extremely unprofessional. I did not expect them to tell me I got the job, but how difficult is it to respond to my email and tell me that I am no longer under consideration for the position.
