First there was a phone interview with recruiter, then an interview with manager, then one with a team member, and then finally another with the regional manager. Overall was a very thorough interview process, so be prepared for some tough questions.

Series of interviews with different managers; some specific questions addressing problem solving skills and client relationship management skills; process took a long time...4 months! Most of the interviews unimpressive; hiring manager impressive and persuasive.
