Applied and was extended an invitation for a video interview. The following week, I met with the hiring manager via Teams. The manager was laid back, more of a conversational interview. I was extended an offer a week after the virtual interview, but the pay was lower than expected and non-negotiable even though I requested within the listed salary range.
