The questions were standard, the format seemed a little formal for the position, but they seemed to want inside knowledge. In other words, it wasn't that they wanted general good process for handling conflict, or IT technical skills, they wanted to know if you knew their internal procedures for which title/position/format and contact chain-of-command should be used in several situations. It would be immeasurably helpful to have an inside route to UW jobs, which only helps exacerbate this problem. If you are in, you are in. If you are out, good luck.
