Uflex Key Account Manager interview questions

Worst interview experience. My interview was with a hiring manager .I came from Gurgaon to their Noida office after changing three metros to reach on time . After long wait of 45 min , the HR came and took interview for 5-7 min asking bogus ques like details of family members ,in laws etc, how much hike past companies gave you ? Etc which are irrelevant to the job.After that she said hiring manager is travelling connect round will be virtual and ghosted after that .It’s like a Lala Indian company where their is no process or procedure , they don’t bother about candidates or their time and neither care to revert after interview even to their recruiting partners . It’s a packaging company which talks about sustainability but such a shame that they ask candidates to get hard copy of resume
