Had total 7 rounds including HR, overall process is excellent, prompt response for any questions provided, very good feedback loop before and after the interviews, able to accommodate the schedules based on my availability, hiring team is excellent and able to provide background of the job.

Couple of rounds focused on the leadership skills and team building, couple of rounds focused more on technical aspects around job, couple rounds focused more on the system design

Interview process leaves a lot to be desired:
1) Very short in general (~30 minutes) and do not leave adequate time for you to ask about the role
2) Interviews were canceled and rescheduled multiple times with very short notice (e.g., minutes)
3) If they are no longer interested, they just drop off with no notice
The process took 3 months. I interviewed at UiPath (Bengaluru)
Interview
5 level interview, with panel, business case round, followed by Region MD and then HR. Took 3 months for the process to complete. Wasted time as they were not able to even match current salary. HR did a poor job of not doing the due diligence before on compensation expectations
