Automated after hiring manager interview. Went well. Good guy and wanted to hire. HR got the automated test results and said apply again in 6 months. They take their robotic automation seriously to the point they won’t look at work history, background, academic qualifications, referees or even the hiring manager’s opinion. Stupid.
