There was one telephone interview with the person who I would report into and then followed by two face to face interviews one of which was the with her boss and then managing director of the business.
I was mostly interegated immensely around my job hopping - which I thought I explained well which was due to taking on a lot of contract roles as I was not sure what I wanted to do being a fresh garaduate.I only found what I liked to do few years back and stayed with that company for year worked my contract and found new Permenant role but things didn’t work out since then I have been seeking a Permenant position. I had all the skills, experience that were essential for the role if not more I had to offer but they decided it was fair to go with another candidate due to my lack of stability in roles (if that is classified as a reason). If that was a genuine reason why pull a candidate right through so many stages. Anyways, I was genuine throughout the whole process and still looking for Permenant role and will not let this put me down. A week later I saw the same job post back up on job site so they didn’t succeed well in their decision. No respect for candidates time. On my first visit for face to face to offices, I was sent away for arriving 20 minutes early even through it was cold and raining and I had a cold and travelled from far for 30 minutes interview and was told to go to coffee shop round the corner. No Option to let me sit in the waiting area or nothing - CHARMING and WELCOMING. First impressions work both ways!
