Was called within 24 hours of submitting my resume online and had my initial interview the following day. I arrived at the office early and the receptionist was prepared for my arrival. I filled out the application and personality test and interviewed with Mr. Gilbert. He explained the position clearly and asked questions about my previous positions. He than talked about the company and executive management and I could tell he really loved the company. That was big for me.
