Good interview, plant manager was knowledgeable and articulate. Very good company to interview with, I ended up spending 8 years here and continued learning the entire time, had to fight like crazy for reasonable raises once I started getting promotions, luckily had an amazing boss that fought for me. All in all a great place to work
