I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Ultimate Medical Academy (Tampa, FL) in May 2017
Interview
It was group interview. Around 10 people. One recruiter is present, tells you about the company, answers questions, then came the interviews. In front of everyone you answer 3-4 questions each, going off your resume.
Interview process isn't terrible. The recruiters are very helpful. But plain and simple, this job wasn't for me. They look for people with big personalities. They're also extremely strict about reaching your goals and you WILL lose your job after 3 strikes of not meeting them. So it's stressful. I am not a pushy sales type person, so I did not want to set myself up for failure. It also felt weird how they are constantly hiring. There must be a high turnover.
But if you are charismatic, competitive, and can sell sell sell, this is for you. You need all of that to succeed here for sure.
Three different interviews. The interviews were pretty lengthy, they really want to see if you have effective communication skills to communicate with clients. It is also virtual that requires the camera to be on.

Interview
Wonderful interview very smooth and to the point. Had 2 interviews both had someone on the other end very upbeat and asked insightful questions. Glad to have been given the opportunity to interview here
I interviewed at Ultimate Medical Academy (Corpus Christi, TX)
Interview
The interview process was fairly easy. The first call I got was from someone asking me if I still wanted the position after that we scheduled the first phone interview and the phone interview. They asked me about my background and experience and however, related to the career services advisor position, the asking about my motivations and wanting to work there and why would be a good fit for the career services role And then they set up a second interview a virtual video interview and that one was fairly straightforward and easy as well kind of talked about more technical things like salary and schedule and what would be expected and needed of me like paperwork, documents background check, but for the most part, it was straightforward and easy.
