Completed the full interview process, including an onsite. No final status update was received despite follow-up attempts. Several months later, I was contacted again for the same role without reference to the prior process. After clarifying, I did not proceed further; a miscommunication was noted. Advice to Management: Improve applicant tracking accuracy, provide timely post-interview updates, and ensure alignment between recruiting outreach and role status.
