Ultradent interview questions

First call was with the hiring manager just talking about the position and relevant experience. Second call was with the hiring manager and two teammates. They asked about experience but also seemed to mostly be checking for personality fit.

Submitted an application online and a few days later I received a call from HR to schedule an interview with the hiring manager. Approximately one week after the interview I heard back from HR that I was not selected for the position.
