Very long process, with more panels added over time. Took 3-4 weeks total of active interviewing. When I asked if something would be part of the process, there was a long pause and then “yes, that would be a good idea”. After having a start date identified and agreed to salary, but no formal written offer, I was ghosted and the job seems to have evaporated. I get that things change. I would have appreciated clear communication.
