I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Uncommon Schools in Oct 2017
Interview
The phone screening was pretty straightforward. Questions about why I applied, my thoughts on the achievement gap, why did I want to work in an urban setting. Similar to interviews with other public charter schools. I was really turned off about being asked about my discipline style. I don't think discipline should really be a focus of a school.
