I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Underdog.io (Dayton, OH) in Jan 2023
Interview
Not sure what picked up my application, but was applying to a lot of places. Received initial screening call about position and a summary about me.
Following this, recruiter from underdog reached out, explained the company briefly, and asked about my technical skills and values, as well as experience (in depth).
Got to 2nd round of interview with client. Spoke about my experience and skill, degree, etc. Was for a frontend dev position with some possible full stack stuff and QA stuff. Not atypical.
Was not chosen for final interview. Was for a senior-mid level role and had 1 year experience under belt.

How do you approach conflict resolution with others?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Underdog.io (New York, NY) in Feb 2023
Interview
Interview process was short, to the point, and overall standard for the buisness. Don't feel like the executives are empathetic though, just kind of robotic and monotonous but are looking for something they are not. Seems odd that I get an update every week that they are looking to hire someone but they haven't found someone yet so that compelled me to write this review. Not saying it's a bad company or interview process, but the fact it was such a basic interview and they haven't found someone yet is suspicious to me as there is great talent out there myself included and I was not given an offer.
