UniTek Global Services interview questions

The interview process was initiated by a recruiter assisting the client to fill the position. Resume was presented to the VP of Finance, whom selected it to go forward. The interview was initially to be made a video conference, however, it ended as a phone interview only due to availability of the interviewer.

It was a very casual atmosphere. A one on one in an office. I was asked questions pertaining to my current job, our processes, how we fixed errors, use of ADP, current work schedule and salary requirements. Was given a brief overview of the position and the company. And was given time to ask questions that I had. Overall it took about 30 minutes.
