I applied online and heard back within a day. The initial interview was a phone screening with an engineer. They asked to describe how to create a Javascript / React / Vue component that hits an external API endpoint for information. Second interview was a phone screening with the Director of Engineering at one of the projects at Unified. Talked a lot about work experience and where I was looking to go. There were a couple technical questions involved, but there was more of an emphasis on past work experience and knowledge of scrum. The last step of the interview process was an online video interview with several people on their team (I am not in NYC so I did a remote video call — this would typically be an in-person on-site interview). I spoke with the Director of Product, Director of Engineering, and 2 other engineers. There were a lot of technical questions involving Javascript. They got back to be the day of the final interview step about an offer.
