Unified Technologies interview questions

I was interviewed at the Dadeland location of Unified Technologies. The position and job description had been online for months in which I originally applied for and actually got in contact with the CEO Tony Silva after several failed attempts to get a follow up on the status of my application. When I spoke with the CEO he mentioned the position is still available and he would get back to me for an interview. Several months later I get a text message from the CEO over the weekend to do phone interview. The phone interview went well in which he asked me why am I looking for a new position and for detail on my experience and background. After which I was invited to the Dadeland office to do an in person interview with his entire IT Team. This process took the entire day as I had to meet each person 1on1. I was interviewed by 7 other people including the CEO Tony Silva. 1on1 interviews instead of a panel interview is very time consuming and a lot of questions will get repeated in which they were I.e tell me about your background, why are you looking to move etc. All in all the entire process was a waste of time and was not offered the position via email several days later.
