      I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Uniguest in Mar 2026

      Three rounds of interviews spanning several weeks, including time with leadership. Each round required significant preparation and time investment. After the final round, complete silence — no rejection, no update, not even an automated response. I proactively reached out for an update and received no reply from the recruiter or anyone on the team. For a company selling technology solutions to an industry built on relationship and trust, the failure to send a single follow-up email is a meaningful signal about organizational values. Ghosting candidates after multiple rounds is not an oversight — it is a choice. Candidates deserve basic respect regardless of the hiring decision.
