First, I applied through online application process- basic online application with resume and cover letter. After around two weeks, you get a phone interview and by that weekend you are notified with an email that you are scheduled for a face to face interview. So, next step is face to face interview with a head of the department you applied for. The person who interviewed on the phone is different from the person who interviews on the face to face interview.
