The interview process involved application submission, initial screening, a single round of interviews assessing skills and cultural fit, reference checks, and a final job offer. Interview took place in Mountain View Wyoming.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Union Wireless in Aug 2017
Interview
Applied online at the UW company site, kind of a pain and not particularly user friendly. Once selected for an interview I was sent a link for a one-way video recorded interview where a handful of questions about training and experience were asked. Nothing too crazy, pretty standard stuff. After the recorded interview, I spoke to HR about the job and discussed the salary which is where we disconnected. By all accounts, this is is a good company to work for, however having full scope on-call safety responsibility for a geographical region as described should pay for more than their high end offer.

Question 1
Describe a time you experienced resistance to change and how did you overcome it?
I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Union Wireless (Mountain View, WY) in Feb 2013
Interview
Met Union Wireless at BYU college career fair. I had never heard of the company before, but everyone I met was super nice and I felt like I would love working with them. After an on campus interview, they invited me up to Wyoming for an on-site interview. They reimbursed my miles and booked a little cabin for my wife, daughter and I to stay in which was pretty fun. I then had a group interview with a bunch of people from IT. It was a little intimidating, but all the people were really nice. They would be a lot of fun to work with.
