Filled out a application form online consisting of a CV and Cover Letter. I was then invited to an online interview with 2 engineers which wasn't too technical and more of them understanding where my base knowledge was at. I was successful at that and then invited for a site interview where I was offered the job that day.

Face to face competency based interview lasting about an hour plus a site tour lasting for about 20 mins. Good & easy process allover. Two interviewers & one other person showing the site
